India Pearson
India grew up in rural Western Kentucky, where she started her experience in 4-H as a camper. She then attended the University of Kentucky (UK) and earned her B.S. in Community Leadership Development from the College of Agriculture. While at UK, she was an Adult Camp Counselor for Fulton County 4-H.
After graduating, India relocated to the United Kingdom. While in the U.K. she started her career in higher education working with Central Texas College and then served as the U.K. Area Site Director for the University of Oklahoma (OU).
In 2017, India moved back to the United States where she continued her career with OU at the Washington D.C. location. While employed with OU, she completed her Master of Human Relations, a graduate certificate in Human Resources Diversity and Development, and is currently working on a second Master of Arts in Communications.
In her free time, India enjoys serving her community and has a passion for philanthropy.
