India Pearson is a dedicated youth development professional and Extension Agent with a passion for empowering young people to reach their full potential. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Community Leadership Development from the University of Kentucky and holds a Master’s degree in Human Relations, along with graduate certificates in Human Resources and Diversity and Development.

India brings a dynamic and inclusive approach to her work, creating meaningful opportunities for youth to grow as leaders, build life skills, and engage in their communities. She is committed to fostering environments where all young people feel seen, valued, and inspired to explore their unique sparks.

Known for her engaging personality and thoughtful leadership, India has a talent for building strong relationships with youth, families, and volunteers alike. Her work is rooted in a belief that positive youth development can transform lives and strengthen communities.

Outside of her professional role, India enjoys bringing joy and creativity into everyday moments and has a special love for sunflowers, which reflect her bright and uplifting spirit.
